What wine and chocolate have in common? A lot of things! First of all, both of them are considered romantic and aphrodisiac! Despite a number of other similarity, wine and chocolate are a pretty good challenge when talking about pairing that, if made properly, can give real satisfactions.
The event plan is to taste 3 different types of chocolate with different cocoa percentage (70%, 80% and 90%) paired with different wines, in order to pick up the differences between the chocolate variants and find out which wine suits better to each one, with the final aim to find the pairing able to deliver the best emotions.
